Our butcher Jason Breault has been working at the store since 1998 and is part of the KBV family and the South Hero community. He is here to meet your cooking and grilling needs and to answer any questions you might have. If we don’t have the cut of meat or fish you are looking for, he’ll be happy to order it for you.
