Country Style Ribs with Hoisin Glaze

Yield: 6 servings



Place ribs in rectangular pan. Sprinkle with onion powder; brush with liquid smoke. Add 1/4 cup water to pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.

Heat all ingredients for hoisin glaze to boiling in saucepan. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Remove ribs from baking pan; place on heated grill. Cover and grill for 10-15 minutes, basting with glaze and turning occasionally, until tender. Serve with remaining glaze.
