1 | cup | sliced mushrooms | |

2 | cloves | garlic, minced | |
|

1/2 | cup | chicken broth | |
|
|||
1 | lb. | scallops | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | tomatoes, chopped | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | green onions, chopped | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | dried celery flakes OR 4 Tablespoons chopped fresh celery | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | Italian herb dressing | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | cornstarch | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | balsamic vinegar | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | fresh parsley, chopped | |
|
In skillet, simmer mushrooms and garlic in broth for 3 minutes. Add scallops, tomatoes, green onions, celery flakes and Italian herb dressing. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Dissolve cornstarch in vinegar and add to scallops. Heat and stir until scallops turn opaque and sauce is thick. Garnish with parsley.
